JOEWATCHMAN Junior Member New Geek Invicta customer service, does it exist????

I'm not one to post negative feedback on a watch company that has given me so many nice timepieces but here it goes anyway. I recently purchased a SNIII and when i registered the watch for the extended warranty and looked it up under my current watches on the Invicta website it came up as a Lady Boutique Wildflower, are you kidding me!! I double checked all the info that i gave for the registering to make sure i didn't make a mistake and i didn't. Next step call customer service and straighten this out. When someone finally answered and put me on hold i waited 20 minutes and hung up, i redialed CS again and after 10 minutes gave up! The next day i tried again and after only 5 minutes on hold i finally got to talk to someone in the warranty department, i was told to send in my invoice and they would replace the LADY BOUTIQUE watch with my SNIII, I faxed in my invoice several day's ago but am still waiting!!!! Invicta and Eyal, your customer service is a very important of any company, how many people have bought a car from a dealership and had a wonderfull experience doing that but then when the car had to go in for service the experience was a nightmare, i know i had that experience and i can tell you that i never bought another car from that dealership! Eyal you as the CEO from Invicta have the power to change this and keep loyal customers coming back for your watches before you loose them forever, i have read too many bad experiences on this forum and other's about CS at Invicta, please don't delay on this or i will also go elsewhere like so many other's have already, thank you,JOEWATCHMAN.

Unless your watch is needing service ..try and be a little patient..don't feel that because another or 5 others had a problem you're going to have one..give them a little rope...see what comes of it I don't think you have anything to worrry about ..especially with the people in this forum ..willing to help __________________

I had a problem with one of my Invista registrations and just emailed Rebecca correct info and it was resolved in a couple days. Maybe an email to her will resolve your problem as well. bat View Public Profile Send a private message to bat Send email to bat Find all posts by bat Add bat to Your Contacts #5 Today, 12:07 PM

Welcome to the Forum Joewatchman! I would email Rebecca. You should find several posts here with her information. Look at the positive side of this... You don't need to use the warranty yet! Enjoy this forum and you will be a happier watch collector for it.
