Watchgeeks has a slight problem, bear with us We have a glitch somewhere in our system, either with our software, or our server that is causing us some problems. Each month, about 20 or more people get "zapped" and have issues logging in. Slow server response times, or they get logged back out as soon as they log in. It seems to be random, it happened to some of my friends recently (which is why I know more about the presence of this issue than I did before). Some like to tell tall tales elsewhere and have a pretty-girl pity-party and tell everyone that they were banned from WG when this happens to them. Not the case. If you get banned here, you get a blank white screen with a text box that very clearly tells you that you are banned, and for how long. There is no mistaking this action. So if you ever have this issue, email myself or Michael. It's not an exact science, but we seem to have good luck restoring those stalled accounts when we reboot our server as well as reload our database/membership database. Unfortunately this is time consuming for Mike, and he works a lot of hours... and it takes the forum offline for a couple hours. So we can't do this as often as we'd like. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you, or anyone you know. We will always try to fix it, but for right now it's only a temporary fix and we can't seem to figure out how to prevent the issue. __________________
