Major credit where credits due!!!
We've all seen the plethora of complaints about Invicta's CS. Well...NOW it's time to give credit where credit is due! And major credit, major kudos are due!! I experienced the day hand issue on my SAN III OQ. I emailed Rebecca, got a very quick response back from her with instructions on what to do. I followed her instructions to the T, AND even provided a copy of them for the Service Center, which was right on top of the package containing my OQ. Today, 1 day short of 3 weeks of sending it in, I got my OQ delivered to my door by FedEx!!! The day hand in perfect condition, the chrono functions working perfectly (not sure if it was my imagination, but seemed even smoother than before). Accompanying my OQ was a packing slip explaining that my watch had been replaced by a new one, rather than repaired. That unquestionably was the why I got it back so quickly, however... If Invicta is looking for someone to champion their CS, then they need look no further!!! The whole experience, from start to finish, was nothing but pleasant and extremely positive! Communication from Rebecca and Sarah was fantastic and timely; replacement and shipment was, to me, very quick and professional (it was even shipped back to me in another yellow clamshell!). We all read the posts containing the gripes and complaints...maybe it's time to stand up and give Eyal, Rebecca, Mike and all, credit where credit is due!! BRAVO INVICTA!!! Job VERY well done!!
