New San3 Ocean Quest 'No Box' -

This came in from W.O.W. today - just like this - Normally the metal strap is attached to the watch, but this came with the rubber pre-attached..notice how the metal band is in pieces, and the missing 'tiny' screw of the screw bars are no where to be found. Also, they still used the foam pillow from the original platic 'dive case' from before! Picture doesnt show it, but one part of the leather strap was significantly bent also in the case...it's too bad as I wanted this one, but looks like I will have to wait until it is in stock again and on sale! Good thing WOW has good customer service!

Thats not cool Mike. I bought that watch when it first came out for $389 and you are right, bracelet was on it. Send it back and hope all works out for you. __________________

Too bad maybe they have a replacement for you. I think its a real gamble buying the kits these days with the returns and the issues that comes with the watch.Good luck Mike because it is a great deal when you do find a good one. __________________

They are sold out of these Green's - but I e-mailed asking if I could get an even exchange for a different color. My fingers are crossed! __________________

That tiny screw falling out happens so commonly I got into the habit of putting Lock-Tite on those screws on all of my San 3's. When I lost the screw from one of my SAN 3's 4 months ago, I phoned Invicta to get a replacement. It just arrived 3 days ago!!!. Perhaps, the WOW has some parts and can replace the screw sooner for you, rather than replacing the watch. If you want a different color, I know they have the BLUE OQ on the TIME BOMB special for $255. If the green one cost you less, I am sure they will match that price. Their CS is great!

I ordered the Invicta III Ocean Quest Kit last month for $239 with free one day shipping from WOW, perfect. I've ordered many watches from WOW with no problems, your order is truly crazy. Management at WOW needs see this blunder, what a mess. __________________

I saw that same watch listed at WOW today. The detail pics show the same packaging. What's the deal with that?
