Russian Diver RS8

Before you read any further, this is TOTALLY a tease.

A new style Russian Diver is about to be unveiled. I will have the samples in a couple of days to photograph. It's a new evolution of the Russian Diver as DIRECTLY REQUESTED BY WG'S. What could it be? Let's just say that comfort will not be an issue for anyone By the end of next week (maybe earlier) I will have the images up and ready in the Sneak Peeks forum. The watch will air 09/19/10 so we still have some time...... __________________

Automatic, no curvature, under 50mm and on bracelet -- which would incorporate the majority of geeks opinions. It's called a Pro Diver tkromer View Public Profile Find all posts by tkromer Add tkromer to Your Contacts #5 Today, 06:20 PM Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: Southern New Jersey Posts: 610 Real Name: Moses

NOT a midsize. Eyal has repeatedly stated that this will not happen. It would not be a Russian Diver design if they did... __________________

Could it be that sandstone dial one that was found on the web site earlyier this month. We wanted until we say it was so plain. How about the interchangable. Rds are by far the most in my collection. I just got the 2625 plus I have the other gold mechanical and my favorite 7750. So I can't wait to see whats up Jim. reserveman View Public Profile Find all posts by reserveman Add reserveman to Your Contacts #10 Today, 06:30 PM

OMG, they're FINALLY doing a longer, more pliable rubber strap for the QRD!!! __________________ Quote:

I'd say they were getting rid of the oversized crown that dug into peoples arm. it'll probably look more like the crown on the Off Shore. __________________

"It's a new evolution of the Russian Diver as DIRECTLY REQUESTED BY WG'S." Many of us requested a Mid-Size, but Eyal says it will never happen. (Even though they were made in the past) But maybe we are expected to forget those exist? Would the comfort issue be the reposition of the crown? amaghsadi View Public Profile Find all posts by amaghsadi Add amaghsadi to Your Contacts #16 Today, 06:50 PM Join Date: Jul 2009 Posts: 52

Well I think it would be a "Russian Diver design" only smaller. If it was 46-48mm it would still be large, but not too oversized. And more people would be able to wear it. Nope, I haven't forgotten about those again, there are no Mid-sized men's Russian Divers.... __________________
