Well, my SAS Reserve Valjoux 7750, bought in it in 2010, arrived back from vacation in Switzerland for the second time today. First time movement failure, second time ( sent out 11/19/10 came back to me 3/12/2011) rotor was spinning like a outboard on steroids and the crown and stem came out. Came back today, winding sounded a bit "crunchy" and the crown would not screw down. Sent Rebecca Baitz an email today seeking assistance. Love this watch, but it seems to prefer Switzerland to New Jersey, Just can't keep it at home.

You may be able to get a replacement if you choose to. If they still have any down in Florida. I had issues with one of mine and was able to get a replacement. They gave me credit for what I paid for it from the shop. Good luck! __________________

Sounds like a lemon. Too many problems for one watch. Hope you get that squared away __________________

And you are going to continue to send it back time and again? How much wrist time has that machine actually seen? NCEngineer View Public Profile Send a private message to NCEngineer Find all posts by NCEngineer Add NCEngineer to Your Contacts #9 03-12-2011, 08:09 PM

The crown came off my SAS V7500 as well. It was received by Invicta for repair on 3/1/11. Hopefully, we'll both get our watches fixed, and enjoy them again. It's still one of Invicta's best designs. Please keep us posted on your repair. RoyalOak View Public Profile Send a private message to RoyalOak Find all posts by RoyalOak Add RoyalOak to Your Contacts #15 03-13-2011, 03:11 AM

Not much at all since Jan. 2010 What I'm looking for is for Invicta to send me a prepaid label, no "$15.00 Crown Charge" and fix it or if not give me a credit for a replacement of some kind LTCARMY View Public Profile Send a private message to LTCARMY Find all posts by LTCARMY Add LTCARMY to Your Contacts #17 03-13-2011, 09:02 AM

UPDATE - Millie's response
I received an email response today from Millie, Rebecca's assistant. (Very Quick turnaround on response) Millie gave me a verbal order # and waive fees and they will expedite my repair, or we will discuss replacement if that does not work out Thanks Millie! You are a better man than I! Strike two would have been strike three for me, but I hope your patience and tolerance will be rewarded. __________________
