Fritz2 Member Member Geek SWI and World of Watches customer service top notch

I feel I should share this with everyone, it is seldom I do this because usually things are either OK or negative with most retailers. I purchased two SWI LE 7750 in the past two months and another Invicta from world of watches, one of the winders that came with the SWI LE 7750 was making grinding noise and the other is whisper quite, so I thought I should call. I called SWI office told Stephanie I think her name is what I was experiencing, she verified with some one that there is need to send the winder back, then sent me email with instruction followed by another email from someone else in their office with a UPS lable to print and use for the return. all this happened in minutes and that tells me there is good communication among SWI staff and prompt response. I would like to add that after I bought my Invicta Ocean Ghost from World of watches a couple of weeks or so ago they put it on sale, so I called WOW and asked if they can honor the sale, by the time I hung up the phone there was email confirming a credit to my account. I must say I am impressed with SWI and World of watches they will have my support in the future and they made a loyal customer, thank you.

I too have had nothing but positive results from SWI customer service. That is why most of my watch purchases are from their sites. I have nothing good to say about WOW ...........Only GREAT things to say. No complaints in the many watches I have bought from them. I also posted a positive CS experience with SWI for the same issue. Sounds like those winders are a problem. I have to turn mine off at night. I too have had similar experience with WOW and was credited for 300.00 after the same LE watch went on sale plus they also gave me a choice in the color of my hat? My hat is off to Lior and the whole staff at WOW ,great service and quick response. Again use this outfit I give it a 5 star rating.......
