Remove William Holloway Mr. Davis, what is going on with Invicta? Seems some not so good changes have happened since you left the company. I have read complaints about customer service and some have started to complain about the quality of the timepieces they have purchased. You were valuable member of that team and made tuning into SHOPHQ much anticipated. It was your knowledge and dry wit that made a lot of watch sales happen.

Remove Scott Warmbier That should be part of whoever is the new "Technical Brand Manager" responsibility - years ago I helped to maintain a customer forum site for Kimber - after a few negative customer service posts the company shut the site down - lots of hours of work went bye-bye - lesson learned - if you don't own the rights to it there's a chance that even a popular site can just go belly up in a relatively short period of time.

Remove Myra Lopez I was told the same thing to replace a battery and to top that there is not one jewelry shop in Miami, Florida that have the means to open the Invicta watches with the black side on the back they cannot open it up!!!!! That is why I have not purchased anymore invictas.andoid, deepblue and other watches that are made with a lot more quality and have super exceptional costumer service like Android.

Robert Vega It's a shame all around, I just don't know what to say any longer to customers or friends who ask about the CS or why it takes so long for a battery change.

Industry standard is about 90 days but a battery? Really? In regards to the site! I'm guessing they "Invicta" have no time to keep this site running or they don't want to invest the dollars to keep it up! Is it worth it to them? At this point I think not, and they "Invicta Watch Group" don't think that it's that important! It's a shame!! Thanks for the update Michael Davis I know you did your best.

Remove Jonathan Turner Site is still inaccessible....Well that really sucks....Not even a chance to say goodbye to my friends that I have made over the past 5 years or so on watchgeeks...Mike did everything he could to keep the site up but this does not reflect very well on Invicta as a company considering the reasons for owning the site in the first place....We watchgeeks may not be a very big portion of the market for IWG but if we all stopped buying their products and this went viral...well you know the rest...
