Reasonable Accommodations for Examinations – Students with Disabilities Students requiring reasonable accommodations (supports) - due to disability - in end of Semester Officially Time-tabled Examinations in December need to register with the Disability Office. The closing date for approvals for examination supports for Semester One is November 1st 2013. Dyslexia/ Specific Learning Difficulty (SLD)
A recent Psycho-Educational Assessment (Psychologist’s report) completed by an appropriately qualified Psychologist. This report must be less than 5 years old.
Sensory, Physical or Medical
Evidence of Disability is required which must be verified and completed by a Medical Consultant / Specialist.
Letters from GPs are not acceptable as evidence of disability Please also note the following: In the case of multiple disabilities appropriate evidence of disability documentation for each disability must be provided.
