I have been in the industry for over 25 years, I am so passionate about what I do and totally love the industry that I am in, yet the last six months have been both emotionally and mentally challenging to say the very least.

The whole of the travel industry has effectively been closed since March and I do not think that people realise or can even begin to understand the immense pressure that our industry is under. Whilst all of the current travel restrictions are in place and continue to change on almost daily basis, we are still refunding money without being able to earn, companies are failing and yet we STILL have no help for our industry and yet no acknowledgement from anyone in government – the big question is, why is there no help or support for travel? Whilst we plan to still continue to trade on the high street and offer a safe, secure Covid-19 environment for our clients to visit us in, we are also now offering virtual appointments by Zoom. In addition to this we appreciate that not everyone works 9-5, therefore, we can offer an out of hour’s appointment service. This is just one example of we are continually looking at ways of adapting our business model and excel ourselves, as we all learn to live with the new “norm”.
