At the end of last year the UK DC team embarked upon a 10 day hike around Portugal. Over seen by their team manager James Stentiford, the crew consisted of Bude power house Jobe Harriss, Newquay super grom Luke Dillon and St.Ives mini ripper Harry de Roth. Sadly, in spite of what it might look like in the photos, the surf wasn’t epic by any stretch of the imagination; they received two back to back swells, either too small for those thumping sand bars at Supertubes, or too large for the more exposed, westfacing options. Needless to say, the team never gave up the chase and after some extensive searching down a myriad of back roads and dirt tracks (coupled with numerous arguments in the car) they eventually found some pretty fun, smash-able waves. The following flick book is the fruit of their labour. Enjoy!
