Dan Hartmann Dan Hartman is a military historian who has taught many seminars throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul Twin Cities Metropolitan Area for Senior Centers, Community Education programs and Assisted living and senior housing developments. He holds a Master Degree from Mankato State University in Political Science and courses in Government from Hamline University. He taught college level classes throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Carol Schaub is a skilled and experienced instructor who enjoys teaching cooking classes in 15 school districts. She has been involved in lifelong learning for most of her career. She enjoys sharing her love of cooking good food with family and friends. She learned to cook from her mom, growing up on a farm. Today she cultivates a large garden and preserves the fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Carol loves good bread and has been making bread off and on for more than 40 years.
