We (both health organisations) are in the process of applying for more funding for counselling or mental health services for young people and need your help and ideas. Our first stage is consulting with young people living in the Bay of Plenty. We are interested in understanding what supports and services are important for you to feel connected and involved with your friends, family/whÄ nau, school, community. By completing this survey you can go into the draw for 1 of the 3 $50 Warehouse vouchers. The survey should only take 5 to 7 minutes to complete. Your individual answers will remain confidential and all answers will be collated together to enable us to identify areas for improving or adding to services for young people.
