Number of symptomatic people within household/bubble Location of person Are they palliative, immunosuppressed, do they have significant health issues/symptoms/comorbidities? - Any risks/hazards identified that would prevent a transport team or home-based testing team safely entering te person’s property? - The person’s social situation (vulnerable person i.e. single mother with a new born Guidelines only for CBHS Clinical Director Send home-based testing team to person’s home - Person has poor mobility/can’t get in and out of a car - 3+ number of people in the house with symptoms - There is an available and safe area outside the house to carry out test
