WINZ
WINZ subsidises counselling for beneficiaries and low income earners (including Superannuitants and students) through the Disability Allowance. People can receive this allowance if they meet income criteria and the doctor agrees they need counselling. Contact WINZ for income cut out points for the Disability Allowance. A Disability Allowance Counselling Certificate is required to be filled out by the client, doctor and counsellor before it is processed by WINZ.
