BOPDHB Linda Hutchings Leadership Development Programmes Each programme is 1 day per month over 3 months. Homework activities are expected. Participant’s managers will be provided with coaching questions, to enable them to engage in development conversations and embed the learning.
Setting your staff up to succeed: The seven conversations This 3-day programme provides managers and leaders with easy-to-use models to have seven essential performance conversations that will enable their staff to fly! Audience: Any current leader or manager with staff reporting to them. Not just new managers. Note: If you have completed the Leadership in Practice, LIPP, you are not eligible to attend ‘Setting your staff up to succeed” (as content is similar). When: Tuesday’s, 16 Feburary, 16 March, 13 April 2021
Leadership: Developing your second expertise This 3-day leadership programme is about stretch, about challenge, and about fast growth. The focus is very strongly on the mind-set, skill-set and action-set to lead for today and tomorrow. Audience: You do not necessarily need to be managing or leading staff, but instead be leading the way in working, influencing and improving. When: Wednesday’s, 17 March, 14 April, 12 May 2021
APPLICATIONS: You will need to complete this application form Applications close on 27 November 2020 and you will be notified by Friday 11 December. You will need to complete this form with your manager. COST: BOPPHB Funded Primary and Community Providers: $675. After attending all three days of the programme, your organisation will be reimbursed 50% of that cost.
