We encourage completion of both modules one and two – these can be done concurrently or on separate days. For example: Module 2 on the morning of Thursday 24 May and Module 1 on the afternoon of 2 June

We will be providing morning and afternoon tea and a light lunch.

About the course facilitator Graham Bidois Cameron

Graham Bidois Cameron is of Ngāti Rānginui, Te Arawa and Ngāti Hinerangi descent and lives in Tauranga Moana. Graham Bidois Cameron is Pou Tikanga (cultural leader) at the Bay of Plenty District Health Board. In this role he is guided by the 18 iwi of the Bay of Plenty in supporting staff to integrate tikanga and kawa into services, encouraging the use and dissemination of te reo Māori, providing leadership in the DHB's Tiriti partnership and leading the ongoing education and development of Māori models and practice.

How to register A registration form has been sent to your Practice Manager to manage registrations. Please see your Practice Manager to enquire re training and to register. Early registration is encouraged so that you will not be disappointed if you are not able to get your first preferred training date/time. Registrations need to be completed by 7th May 2021.

We look forward to Practice Teams joining and learning together with WBoP PHO staff. It is important that we take the journey of improving our cultural intelligence (which supports addressing inequities) together. He waka eke noa. Certificates will be issued.
