NEW 2018 Nevada Women’s Hall of Fame Pioneer Award Recipient Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman Carolyn has served the people of Las Vegas by Volunteerism and therein in leadership in many community nonprofit boards, charities and service organizations. She has proven her deep commitment to the community and continues to be devoted to the highest quality of life for all southern Nevadans by her efforts and dedication. Press Release Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada© hires a top magazine designer and printing company to produce the Chamber’s Signature Magazine “Women in Power Business Magazine©” Wednesday, April 18, 2018, the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada, announces the formal agreement with Infinity Business Media Group and their parent company, A & D Designs, Inc., who will take over the full production and printing for the Women In Power Business Magazine©. This is a Signature publication designed for the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada by publisher/owner June L. Beland. The June Premier Edition will honor the “Year of the Women” with the U.S. SBA Administrator gracing the cover and center spread with a feature article and 10 Powerful Women in Nevada. The promotion of the magazine will start off at the Chamber’s bi-monthly Power Breakfast Series on May 9, 2018, at Palace Station in Salon E on the second floor. The Host & P.B.S. Directors are Laura and Kevin Fairchild with a speaker lineup: Starting off with the Sponsor, Driggs Title Agency, with speaker, Loni Reed. Other key speakers are; June Beland, President, and CEO of WCCNV, Brenda Gayle Bryant-The Gayle Group-Financial, Becky Palmer, VP of the Chamber’s Entrepreneur Club, and the Chamber’s New President of the Young Professional Society, Amanda Bolton. Making an Impact Across the Globe PodNation TV connects to millions of viewers around the world via platforms such as Roku, AmazonFire TV, Live Stream, YouTube, Google TV and AppleTV just to name a few. We’re taking traditional video PodCasts to the next level and expanding our reach from the Internet to smartphones and smart TVs. Our TV shows will be seen and heard on air everywhere but N. Korea. We will have a 30 minute weekly show - the President and CEO of WCCNV will host the interviews, having conversations with Chamber Executive Board members, award honorees, Chamber partners, discuss all our Signature Luncheon Programs, ATHENA Awards Fundraiser, all divisions of the Chamber, round tables discussions with Chamber Board members, Young Professional SocietyPresident, Government Council, The Entrepreneur Club-President, Ambassador Directors, Public Education Foundation, Chamber Education Director, Legacy Foundation Board, guest interviews, corporate member interviews and more.

We will promote our own signature magazine “Women In Power Business Magazine©” which reaches Las Vegas and all over the world with paid advertisers to help the Chamber with non-dues revenue for operational cost and our Legacy Foundation Scholarship program for “At Risk” female high school students.. We will be lining up our interviews and taping times for June 2018 in May 2018 and start taping all in mid May 2018 (We will tape 4 shows in one day for the month). Shows will be once a week for 30 minutes with adv (30 sec spot) subject to change. We will be taking names for adv spots starting May 9, 2018 at our Power Breakfast Series, see you there.

Meet Your New YPS President 2018-2020
Amanda Bolton Young Professional Society (YPS) is a program of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce targeted towards young professionals in the 21-44 age range looking to get involved in Southern Nevada. We host monthly networking events, and engage in other community happenings. Our mission is to attract, retain and engage young professionals in Southern Nevada.

Many times, Chamber events center on specific constituencies. In hundreds of communities, Chambers have established complete calendars of events and programs to serve young professionals. YP entities and their events are often semi-autonomous from the Chamber’s regular calendar of programs. Events for young professionals can range from leadership series, happy hours, health and fitness groups and much more. ď Ž
