Accepted Forms of Payment Williamson County Parks & Recreation Department facilities accept the following forms of payment, with the noted exceptions: CASH CHECKS – Checks under $12.00 cannot be accepted for general admission. Checks are not accepted at the outdoor pools. There is a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks!
*CREDIT CARDS – Only accepted at the Franklin Recreation Complex, Indoor Sports Complex, Fairview Recreation Complex, Longview Recreation Center and the Nolensville Recreation Complex. Credit cards are not accepted at the Hillsboro-Leiper’s Fork Community Center or any of the outdoor pools. Residency Requirements
Residency Requirements: Proof of residency will be required, including voter ID card or property tax receipt.
Facility Age Requirements
Please note the following policy regarding minors using the facility: Children 12 years of age and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult, 18 years or older. Parents’ Discretion Advised Children between the ages of 8 and 12 years, may be allowed to utilize various activity areas without parental supervision, with the understanding that the parents will remain on the premises at all times their children are in the facility. EXCEPTION: Children 12 years of age and younger using the Indoor or Outdoor Pools MUST be accompanied by an adult, 18 years or older.
Information for all Wellness Centers
No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the free weight areas! Anyone between the ages of 13 and 17, a parent or guardian must complete the juvenile registration form and complete an orientation along with their child. Juveniles must sign in and ask for a wrist band each time they come to the facility. Front desk attendants will confirm registration. Williamson County Parks and Recreation

Free Locker Service
Patrons are encouraged to use FREE combination locker stations located throughout the facility to secure valuables. If you choose to use a locker in the locker room, you MUST provide your own lock to secure belongings Locks and all personal belongings must be removed at the conclusion of your daily visit. WCPRD is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

SITTING SERVICES
For Children Ages 6 Weeks Old to 9 Years Old
Information
• For children ages 6 weeks old to 9 years old • Free to parents/legal guardians only who are utilizing the Recreation Center
• This program is a “casual care” service only and is NOT a state licensed day care. We offer this program as a limited time sitting service for our patrons using the facility.
Policies and Procedures:
In order for a parent or legal guardian to utilize the Sitting Service, he or she must:
• Fill out the appropriate paperwork on each child upon their first visit (to be updated annually) • Accompany their child/ren and personally sign his or her child/ren in and out each visit - no exceptions. • The parent that signs the child/ren in must also be the same parent to sign the child/ren out. This program is a Sitting Service ONLY and is not designed as a Day Care Center or Preschool, but is simply a limited time sitting service. • Parents/ legal guardians are also required to list the activity area they will be using in the event that it is necessary to reach them. • Parents/legal guardians MUST remain on the Center premises while their child is in the sitting room. • Maximum time for children to be in the sitting room is 1.5 hours. • Children need to be picked up no later than 5 minutes after your class has ended or immediately following your workout and before the sitting service closes.
• The Recreation Center DOES NOT provide diapers, bottles, snacks or drinks. You may however bring these items for your child if you so choose. All baby bottles brought into the sitting room must be capped and labeled. No glass containers or bottles should be brought into the sitting room. • All items left in our possession must be labeled with your child’s name. This helps to ensure that items are given to the appropriate children and that there is no confusion with items that look alike. • If your child becomes ill, extremely unhappy or unmanageable, you will be paged to the sitting room immediately. If we have tried to console your child and he or she continues to cry for 10 minutes non-stop , you will be asked to come and console your child or remove him or her from the sitting service. • Should your child’s behavior become abusive either verbally or physically (biting, hitting, kicking, pinching, etc...) towards another child or caregiver, a report will be filled out regarding the situation and reviewed by a Supervisor.
• Absolutely no sick children will be allowed in the sitting room. We strive to keep the Recreation Center a healthy and happy place. Please respect other children who are healthy by keeping your sick child at home.
• The staff appreciates any written, special instructions to help care for your child or baby.
• The Sitting Service Personnel will not administer any type of medication to a child under any circumstances. Please take care of this before they are brought to the Sitting Room.
• The Recreation Center cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Game Room
• No personal toys or videos are allowed in the sitting service.
• If these policies and procedures are not abided by, your sitting service privileges may be revoked!

Participant Eligibility:
In order to be eligible to participate in the WCPR Summer Camp Program, participants MUST be able to function in a high-paced group setting without individualized attention (1 staff person for every 10 children ratio) and they MUST be able to understand and comply with the behavioral rules and regulations. Parents MUST live or work in Williamson County for their children to be eligible to participate in the Summer Camp program.

At the time of Registration, you must pay the Registration Fee & 5 days of camp per child OR for the Full 7 Week Program.

• Group Fitness Classes ARE NOT included in the Facility Passes – they must be paid for separately.
• Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 13 may participate or be in the room while Group Fitness classes are in session.
• Participants can choose to either pay a walk-in fee, per visit or purchase monthly or yearly Group Fitness Passes.
• Anyone ages 13 – 17 must have a parent/guardian sign a liability release waiver prior to participation; available at front desk.
• Passes are good for admission to all Aerobics classes and Indoor Cycling classes (provided you scan your pass and collect a bike tag from the front desk for Indoor Cycling classes).
• Patrons should wear comfortable and appropriate work-out clothing while participating in class.
• Passes are interchangeable between the Franklin Recreation Complex, the Longview Recreation Center, The Indoor Sports Complex, the Fairview Recreation Complex and the Nolensville Recreation Complex. Once a pass has been purchased, it is valid at any of these 5 locations. • User is entitled to general admission to the Franklin Recreation Complex, the Longview Recreation Center, The Indoor Sports Complex, the Fairview Recreation Complex and the Nolensville Recreation Complex.
• Patrons are permitted to bring water bottles, towels, etc. into the Group Fitness Rooms. • The public is NOT permitted to use either of the Group Fitness Rooms and/or the equipment when a class is not in session and/ or an instructor is not present in the room. Doors should be kept locked by Facility Managers when classes are not in session.
