On April 15th, 2018, Emile Thompson ’05 married Diana Banks at the St. Augustine Catholic Church in Washington. The wedding party included Morehouse Men: Charles Thompson, III '03 Several Morehouse Men were among the well wishers including: Jarrod Loadholt '05, Christian Nwachukwu, Jr. '04, Thompson is an assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. He earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University. Diana graduated from Stanford and received a law degree from Harvard. She is a senior counsel at the American Bankers Association in Washington. She was previously a deputy assistant secretary of defense during the Obama administration. The couple resides in Washington.
