As the Chamber’s Young Professionals initiative, West Young Professionals (WYP) strives to be a group that you want to be a part of. We understand that today the title of Young Professional has more than one meaning. Many people have had to start over after the past few years and we want those not only young in age but young in their professional careers to feel welcome in our community. We are a collective of individuals who are fi rmly rooted in our community, seeking opportunities to promote our own and each other’s growth, and to help our network reach new heights. West Young Professionals goals for 2023 include:

Grow: Educate and further our knowledge both professionally and personally to be better tomorrow than we are today. Connect: Network with like-minded people to increase our own relationship-building skills and each other’s, building better and stronger relationships, both professionally and personally. Give: Provide our time, resources, and self to be a part of something that is bigger than ourselves and give back to our community, whether it’s service projects for at-risk youth, fundraising for local non-profi ts, or cleaning up public spaces in the places where we work and play.
