IMPORTANT: The ‘Head of delegation’ meeting is of high importance since some information will be given to ensure the smooth running of the World Conference and as such, the participation of all delegations is expected. Voting process: explanations will be given during the head of delegation meeting but we would like to underline the fact that if a delegation is not present at the Roll Call, then the concerned delegation will not be entitled to vote during the ongoing session. So please respect the schedule as per announced above. Also the voting cards will be handed over to head of delegation on the first roll-call on Tuesday 11th October at 08.05 am provided that your NSGF complies with the ISGF Constitution, art 8 ‘World Conference’.
