COURSE INFORMATION/STUDY TIME/ATTENDANCE Students enrolled in accelerated evening or day courses may expect to study three hours per week for every one hour of class time. Students are expected to attend all eight or nine sessions of every term course.

Employer reimbursement Deferred payment plan Payment in full Please see page 3 for explanation of payment options.

SCHEDULE CHANGES Students may change their schedules by dropping and adding classes (if the class is open) up to and including the week before the classes begin. During the first week of the term, students may add classes with the permission of the instructor and the signature of the advisor. Due to the condensed nature of classes during the summer sessions, students who miss the first class may not be allowed to add the course. Students should ask for help with schedule changes in the Registrar's Office, Academic Advising Center, or a metropolitan site.

The first five options require the submission of appropriate documentation. The term deferred payment plan and employer reimbursement options require a deferred payment fee of $25 to be paid at registration. The University reserves the right to refuse deferred payment privileges on any student whose account is overdue or has been overdue in the past. Students are financially responsible for all courses not officially dropped by the deadline. Webster University reserves the right to withhold transcripts or diplomas related to enrollment, cancel enrollment for a current term and/or refuse enrollment for future terms, if any tuition or other fees or charges owed to the University are not paid as and when due. In the event your account is referred to an agency or attorney for collection, a 33 1/3 percent fee will be added to your account and you promise to pay, in addition to all amounts otherwise due to Webster University, the costs and expenses of such collection and/or representation, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses (whether or not litigation is commenced), to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Students may drop classes during the first week (three and five-week classes) or during the first two weeks (eight and nine-week classes). After the drop period, students wishing to reduce their schedules must withdraw from a class, and will receive a "W" on their transcript. TUITION, PAYMENT AND REFUNDS ST.
