Step by Step: Digital Contract WeddingWire’s Digital Contracts allows you to save time and secure business faster with customizable contracts, online contract revisions, and electronic signing directly through a personal password-protected client site.
Get Started! Creating Digital Contracts: 1. Under the ‘Clients’ tab, select ‘Inquiries’ 2. Click on the name of the contact you’d like to generate a contract for 3. You can create a contract by clicking on the ‘Contract’ Tab, ‘Create’ button or ‘Create a Contract’ 4. Select the ‘Create Contract’ button 5. Select what package you’d like to add to your contract from the dropdown menu 6. Review and adjust the package contents, items and price to your liking, then select ‘Update’ 7. Once completed, click the ‘Save and Continue’ button *Note: Click the ‘Save as a new template’ button to save as a template for future use • Next, review your contract and select the ‘Edit’ button on the right hand side to make adjustment to any of the following sections: Payment terms, Contract terms, Signatures • Once you’re done making edits you can:
- Click the ‘Publish to Client Site’ button on the top right side
- Email your contract to your client by clicking the ‘Send Contract’ button
- Print Contract (under the ‘Contract Options’)
- Sign Contract in person (under the ‘Contract Options’)
- Cancel this Contract (under the ‘Contract Options’)
