Topic Investigation Gender discrimination and unfairness in the workplace. The U.S. Census Bureau says that women’s income is 80% of men’s. In UK,During the investigation, the police found that when female officers and staff reflected on their time being pregnant, only 39 percent felt supported by their managers. Although feminism is popular now and everyone calls for respect for women, women still encounter some problems and even discrimination because of their gender in the workplace.
Coral bleaching According to data from the UNEP(United Nations Environment Program)global bleaching events killed corals on an unprecedented scale between 2014 and 2016. In 2016, coral bleaching deaths on the Great Barrier Reef accounted for 29% to 50% of coral reefs. In 2017, the bleaching phenomenon extended to the central area of the coral reef. Between 1980 and 2016, the average time between bleaching events was reduced by half.

Concept Exploration Three Topic Inside of procrastinator‘s mind Question: We need to go deep into the heart of the procrastinator to understand the real “cause”. Summary: Few people really understand that procrastination is a problem of emotional management, not just a problem of time management. When I ask others how to overcome procrastination, most people will teach me time management, but in fact, procrastination can also be caused by fear and anxiety rather than just laziness.
Recognize yourself and find your own "antidote" Question: Many people have procrastination and want to overcome it, but do everyone really understand the reasons for their procrastination?
Final Concept Question:
How can I help everyone overcome procrastination? What are the good ways to solve procrastination?
Summary:
My goal is to help everyone facing procrastination positively and solve it, so I will teach everyone how to distinguish between the types of procrastination, refuse to disturb, time management and task management.
Summary: Procrastination is not strictly a mental illness but a behavioral manifestation. There are many types of procrastination. If you want to overcome procrastination, you must figure out which type you are.
Positive view of Procrastination Question: How to treat procrastination positively and how to use the procrastinated time to do something useful. Summary: How to treat procrastination positively. If there are solutions that can help us evaluate tasks and priorities, it allows us to delay tasks safely and track our tasks, deadlines, schedule some simple tasks when procrastinating tasks, and remind you when we need to start work.

After exploring several directions, I created a logo that combines magnifying glass, timer and GPS, which also reflects our concept. First of all, the magnifying glass means that we will help you find the root cause of your procrastination in your heart. When you know why you are procrastinating, you can find a more suitable solution. Secondly, Timer means that we hope to help everyone better manage time and tasks and be a more organized person. Finally, GPS means we will help you track the progress of your task.

Task GPS
SOLUTIONS: Remember that not to decide is to decide; delaying decisions changes the course of your life. Turn nerves into excitement. Don’t “catastrophize”— not everything has to feel overwhelming. Believe in yourself—it’ll make you less fragile. Commit, then figure out how to accomplish something. Don’t let qualifiers and negative statements creep into your thinking. Answer your “what ifs” with a plan. Break bigger projects into pieces. Hang out with optimists.
40
THE WORRIER “What ifs” get in the way. You avoid making decisions, resist change, and are fearful about the unfamiliar.
41
Task GPS
SOLUTIONS: Take responsibility for where you are and the choices that got you there. Negotiate when possible—you just might get your way. Choose your battles and consider the consequences. Remember the relationship between short and long-term choices. Set aside time to do the things you enjoy. Channel your rebellious side into a cause you care about.
Task GPS
THE DEFIER
SOLUTIONS:
You rebel against external deadlines and expectations. You might be overt about this, or you might exhibit a more passive-aggressive kind of defiance.
Appreciate that it’s your perfectionism, not external standards that make you do what you do. Set realistic (not idealistic) goals before starting. Focus on progress toward your goals. Engage in positive self-talk. Set time limits for each task. Learn to make mistakes—really—do so deliberately and see what happens!
THE PERFECTIONIST You’re overly concerned with not meeting high expectations; you work so hard you never finish (or, sometimes, never start).
Task GPS
Task GPS
SOLUTIONS: Try turning some of your dreams into concrete goals and spend time on them regularly. Figure out how academic success can make you feel good about yourself (pleasure doesn’t only come from external sources). You’re not exceptional— the same standards and expectations apply to you. Don’t wait for the spirit to move you; learn to harness your energy.
THE DREAMER SOLUTIONS:
You’re great at planning and scheming but frustrated by the practical reality of sitting down to do hard work.
Remember that no one has it all; you have to prioritize and decide what to care about. Your academic success should come before making others happy. You’re in control—take control. Learn to say no. You’re entitled to relax and reward yourself; don’t feel guilty for doing so. Be more proactive than reactive. Ask for help!
42
THE OVERDOER There’s too much on your plate because you can’t say no or set appropriate boundaries. As a result, there’s never enough time to do it all.
