What pairs well with Chocolate? Cinnamon of course! Cinnamon not only brings life to food with its savory sweet flavor, but it also spices up bedroom activity. This warming spice heats up our bodies and increases our sexual appetites. As a natural stimulant, cinnamon boosts cognitive functions, as well as libido.
Homemade Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Syrup
Ingredients:
3⁄4 cup Dark Unsweetened Cocoa
1⁄2 cup Sugar – or your favorite sweetener using conversion charts. o
Get Creative: Use the Syrup for fun food play in the bedroom o Drizzle it over each other o Or grab some paint brushes and play around with body painting! Drizzle over fresh fruit such as strawberries, oranges, and pineapple.
Note, sweeteners such as Monkfruit may not dissolve all the way for a smooth syrup.
1⁄2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 dash Salt
3⁄4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Cinnamon Bark Vitality to taste – estimate 2-4 drops
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to simmer, stirring often, and simmer for 2-5 minutes until it thickens.
Remove from heat and let the syrup cool to the touch.
Add Cinnamon Bark Vitality and stir to combine thoroughly.
Use at room temperature for the day or store in a sealed container in the fridge.

Easy Dark Chocolate Wolfberry Bark
Ingredients:
8 oz Dark 70% or higher Chocolate
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/8 tsp Tumeric
1/4 cup Wolfberries
Optional: nuts such as chopped almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
Directions:
Line a large baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
Gently melt the chopped dark chocolate with the cinnamon and turmeric in a double boiler o

Immediately pour the melted chocolate mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread out using a spatula into an even layer, about 7 1/2- by 11-inches.
Quickly sprinkle with the Wolfberries and optional toppings, tapping the tray against the counter a couple times to assure the berries adhere to the chocolate.
Chill in the refrigerator until firm, at least 1 hour.
Peel off the parchment paper and break chocolate into about 12 large bite-size pieces (bark).
Store in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
Homemade Mac & Cheese
Recipe Part 1
Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni, shells, or other small pasta
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups whole milk or heavy cream
2 cups grated cheese - sharp cheddar, gouda, swiss or your favorite melting cheese \ cheese combo o Note: Grate your own cheese, don’t buy pre-grated – you can thank me later.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 cup panko crumbs
Black Pepper Vitality Essential Oil 4 – 8 drops (optional)
Rosemary Vitality Essential Oil 2 – 4 drops (optional)

Recipe Part 2 Recipe Notes: Thick vs. Thin Cheese Sauce: You can play with this cheese sauce to match your personal tastes — some people like it a bit thinner, some like it thick enough to stand a spoon up straight. By cooking the sauce a little longer, you can make a thicker sauce. You can also keep it thinner by cooking for less time or adding an extra splash or two of milk\cream. No-Bake Mac & Cheese: Baking is fun, but not crucial! You can serve this macaroni and cheese straight from the bowl once you've mixed the pasta into the cheese sauce.
Heat the oven to 400°F: Rub the 9x13-inch baking dish with a little butter.
Cook the pasta: Bring a large amount of salted water to boil in a large pot. o Cook until the pasta is al dente, then drain and set aside.
Make the Roux: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle the flour evenly over top and whisk to form a thick, smooth paste without clumps. Cook for a minute or two, until fragrant.
Warm the Milk\Cream: Warm the milk\cream for a few minutes in a separate pot over low heat. Warm just enough so that it's warm to the touch — warm milk mixes more easily into the roux.
Whisk the milk\cream into the Roux: Slowly begin pouring the warm milk\cream into the roux while whisking. The roux will at first thin out, then seize up into dry-looking clumps, then smooth out to the consistency of mashed potatoes, and then finally settle into a sauce — keep adding the milk\cream slowly while whisking as you move through these stages.
Cook the sauce until thickened: Continue cooking the sauce over medium heat until it has noticeably thickened and clings to the back of a spoon, 5 to 8 minutes. Stir slowly while the sauce thickens, being sure to scrape the bottom of the pan. (If your sauce gets a little too thick, you can pour in a little extra milk\cream to thin it out; no need to warm this extra milk\cream.)
Add the Cheese: Remove the pot from heat and stir the cheese into the sauce one handful at a time. Stir in the salt, Black Pepper Vitality Essential Oil and mustard powder.
Pour the sauce over the Pasta: Transfer the cooked pasta to a big mixing bowl and pour the sauce over the pasta. Stir gently until the pasta is entirely coated. (If the saucepan you used to cook the sauce is big enough, you can mix the pasta and sauce in the pan instead.)
Season Panko Crumbs: For extra-rich, extra-crispy topping, toss the Panko Crumbs with a few tablespoons of melted butter and a few drops of Rosemary Vitality Essential Oil before sprinkling them over the pasta.
Transfer to the baking dish and top with panko crumbs: Scrape the pasta into the baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle the panko crumbs evenly over top.
Bake until bubbly and golden: Place the casserole in the oven and bake until the pasta is bubbly and the top is golden, 10 to 15 minutes. If the pasta becomes bubbly before the top is golden, you can run the dish under the broiler for a minute or two to crisp the topping.

Take a sip of wine … then sniff your bottle of Lavender Essential Oil … now take another sip of wine … You’re welcome! It is amazing how simply smelling an Essential Oil can change your taste. The Cabernet Trick will lessen the bitter bite that a Cabernet usually has. It’s incredible! Next, take a look at the notes on the wine you’re enjoying. Often, you’ll find notes of Rosemary, Black Pepper, Fruits and other herbs. Find a few that you have the matching Essential Oil to, then perform the Sip – Sniff and Sip Again routine and you’ll see how you can bring out or even tone down certain flavors of your favorite wine. It can be a fun game!
Whether you prefer Champagne or Prosecco, even a nice Sparkling Cider or Grape Juice, you can dress this traditional celebration cocktail up with your Essential Oils too. Slightly mull some fresh fruit such as raspberries, cherries, strawberries, blackberries or pomegranate with a drop or two of Jade Lemon, Lemon, Lime or Orange Vitality Essential Oils. Add a tablespoon to the bottom of your Flute Glass and infuse your bubbly with aromatic bubbles to tickle your nose and your tongue. Be sure to freeze some fruit as well to float on top, to keep your drink nice and cool.
