According to the National Association of Realtors® 13,780 homes sold nationwide yesterday. Furthermore, 13,780 homes will sell nationwide today, tomorrow and even the day after that. This is the average number of homes that sell each and every day in this country according to the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) latest Existing Home Sales Report. Locally, our contribution to this trend has been on the rise since the first of the year. That said, our market may not be what it was in 2006, but it is far from stagnant.
