My Apple computer…I switched a year ago and have converted to the Apple family. I use my iPhone, iPad…and my Mac. Do you specialize in any specific area of Real Estate? Our office is in Leavenworth, so we are involved with a large number of recreational homes.

What is the most interesting property you have listed? Dancing Coyote ~ 20 acres on the top of Mountain Home Road, complete with a forest service replica lookout tower, teepees, frisbee golf course and a cook shack. Previously it had been utilized as a children’s camp.

My parents still live in the same house, as a matter of fact. After graduating, I went into the Army for 4 years and settled in Wenatchee once I got out. What would you tell someone from outside the area about the value of living in the Wenatchee Valley? The value of living in Wenatchee is not only getting to enjoy our 4-seasons and our 300+ days of sunshine, but also getting to enjoy the people in our valley. I remember the one conversation I had about the possibility of getting my real estate license. I had just decided I didn’t want to proceed in the Nursing Program at the college and had just told my head teacher and the rest of the folks in the program. I was feeling a little lost and a little over-whelmed and one of my friends suggested it to me. I’ve never looked back. What keeps me in real estate is definitely the people and the challenge that it brings me. I learn something new every single day and my personality type gets bored easy, so I need that in my daily life. I am not one to sit still for long. What is the most interesting property you have ever listed? There are a few properties that come to mind, but I think the most interesting and different piece was one that I had listed right by a cemetery. Come to find out, the property lines were all messed up and part of the plots were actually on the subject property that I had listed. I teased the Buyers that at least their squatters were really quiet and wouldn’t cause much trouble. My old Broker used to tell me that if there was ever anything bizarre out there, I usually had it listed. What is one tip you would give to someone buying or selling a home? That they need to work with a Realtor, not just someone who has a real estate license. As Realtors, we are held to a higher Code of Ethics than the rest. They also need to trust their Realtor 110%. If they don’t…they need to find another Realtor.
