Examples of animals that use echolocation to communicate and/ or to hunt

Oil pattern‌

A rainbow occurs when lights shines onto moisture.

When a beam of light hits a raindrop it gets refracted on the way in and the way out.

A few of these beams will bounce of the raindrop not once but twice. It is the secondary beams that bounce back that end up forming the second rainbow about 9 degrees above the first rainbow.

The secondary rainbow is Secondary rainbow

inverted in the colours. Blue will be on the outside and red on the inside.

Smoke & flame..

Explosion..

Water splash & ripples

Conclusion.

I have decided to combine the flames’ abstract flow of lines, not completely random patterns together with the infinite ripples that is created when a droplet hits water. The echolocation that an animal creates forms circular like shapes which is similar to ripple therefore the ideas are combined.
