In Partnership with The Clare Foundation, Lindengate is launching a timely, new programme called Rest and Reflect to support those affected by bereavement from the national pandemic.

Our stunning 5-acre site will host a series of 2 hour reflective sessions each week from midJune for NHS/Keyworkers and those dealing with bereavement, to enable them to benefit from the healing qualities that it offers for rest and reflection on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings 4pm – 7pm and Saturdays 1.30pm – 4.30pm.

On arrival our guests will be given a leaflet explaining how they might use the site to benefit and be guided around via a one-way system. Opportunities for spending time sitting in some of the “just be” places around the site will be available. Staff and volunteers will be on hand to support (at a socially accepted distance), guide and facilitate healing through mindfulness and nature-based activities based around the 5 ways of wellbeing.

There will be a shorter route on our designated accessible pathways for those with mobility difficulties. On leaving people have the choice of receiving a gift of Lindengate fresh produce to take home with them.

You are able to self-refer for these sessions and for further information please email info@lindengate.org.uk or call 01296 622443.

In addition, we have set up an online support module called Lindengate@Home. The new world of social distancing has prompted us to adapt and change our way of supporting those affected by COVID-19, at a distance. Our website home page, www.lindengate.org.uk, hosts the Lindengate@Home portal, which gives vital information on increasing your wellbeing during the pandemic.
