We (George & Cindy - Pacing4Pat) are raising awareness of suicide prevention and fundraising for Hector's House.
Hector's House listen to you and get the help you need. They inform people and attend local events and festivals. They encourage healthy living with their 'Eat, Move, Love' campaign. They visit schools and organisations to talk about mental health and signpost to the right place to ensure you get the support you need and deserve. They also welcome everyone to their community.
Pat Kenny (George's brother) took his own life on 7 February 2020. This followed the loss of his father, grandfather and great uncle, all of whom took their own lives over the preceding 40 years. We are taking every step in their memory to spread the word and support an amazing charity.
We are walking 350 miles in 14 days from Pat's place of birth in Glasgow to the spot where he took his own life in St Neots for Hector's House because we believe in alerting people to suicide prevention. The awareness and funds raised will help Hector's House to continue providing a great service to the community, saving lives and showing people they are better off here.

Thanks for supporting us and helping to raise vital recognition for this amazing charity. George & Cindy
