DESCRIPTION DE L’ENTREPRISE: La Campera est une marque péruvienne qui offre une large gamme de produits alimentaires à base d’ingrédients naturels, nutritifs et de haute qualité provenant des Andes. Depuis 2009, l’entreprise s’engage à fournir au marché national et international des produits innovants et à valeur ajoutée. Elle propose principalement le champignon péruvien Marayhuaca comme ingrédient principal de sa ligne de champignons. Dans sa vaste gamme de produits on retrouve les pâtes et sauce à base de champignon, des conserves de truite andine, poisson élevés dans les lacs d’altitude, ainsi que la truite à l’huile végétale prêt à manger. L’entreprise se préoccupe des aspects écologiques de ses produits grâce à un processus de production respectueux de l’environnement qui garantit la bonne utilisation de ses ressources naturelles, en vertu des normes HACCP.
