Theam:Ford's autonomous car ride-hailing market strategy
Team with Yu-Hsiang Lu & Auke Verwaal
Background:
In order to expand the autonomous car market, Ford needs a feasible strategy for them to compete with other competitors like Uber or Tesla.
Idea:
Compared to other teams which ideas toward to autonomous car function or service. We proposed a strategy that fitting to the market transition period by using current asset: Dealership building. The strategy can attract users who don't have confidence on autonomous car service in the beginning and provide the most feasible service to users.
