VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. Cameras are located at every entrance, in every classroom, hallway, and on playgrounds.
LIMITED ACCESS POINTS. All outside doors remain locked and require a passcode for entrance.
ROUTINE DRILLS. We practice routine fire, tornado and critical incident drills.
STAFF TRAINING. In addition to routine background checks, our staff are trained and certified in CPR and First Aid. For additional academy security information, see page 10 of this Guide.
FOOD SERVICE FULL-DAY
The Early Education Center at Wesleyan Christian Academy has partnered with Flik Hospitality Group to provide nutritious and child-friendly meals to your children. Each day, Flik provides a morning and afternoon snack, along with a wellbalanced lunch to our Early Education Students. These meals are prepared in our on-site kitchen and delivered to your child’s classroom. The cost of these snacks and meals is included in your Early Education tuition and fees.
Allergy Aware
Wesleyan Christian Academy is also an Allergy Aware facility. This means that our kitchen is equipped with an allergyfriendly preparation area and that allergen-free menus and vegetarian options are offered on a daily basis. Faculty and staff, with direct contact to students, are also well trained on food allergies, sensitivities, and potential reactions. If your son or daughter has been diagnosed with a food allergy or sensitivity, please make sure the Early Education Office has this information on file.
