Aqua Zumba Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! The class combines the South America Zumba rhythm and dance steps with water resistance to create one body-toning workout with less impact on your joints. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Add laughing, splashing and fun music and the class turns into a pool party! Participants must be registered 7 days prior to the start of class. Class held at West Chicago Community High School, Entrance E.
