Hotel Arsenaal by Westcord is a unique boutique hotel in a special and historic location in the center of Delft. The literally picturesque and 'Vermerian' complex has a high (cultural) historical value It is not without reason that it is listed as a national monument. The multiple spaces that can be partly connected to each other, offer a range of possibilities for your wedding day. The ceremony
Can you already picture it? Surrounded by your loved ones, celebrating love, with the wedding ceremony as the highlight, full of recognizable beautiful stories, laughter and perhaps even a tear. A unique moment to never forget and that is why everything has to be perfect down to the last detail

The inner garden
If the weather is fine, the ceremony can take place in our courtyard. The unique courtyard is the absolute pearl of this location With its intimate atmosphere and charming setting, our courtyard is the perfect location for the ceremony, drinks, dinner, party and of course an unforgettable photo shoot
The Blue Room
The Blue Room is located on the first floor of Hotel Arsenaal and has a capacity of 50 people This room is multifunctional and has various layouts
The wooden beams contribute to the unique atmosphere of the hall.
Gastrobar De Wapenkamer
Gastrobar De Wapenkamer is an atmospheric and authentic space with beautiful high windows, perfect for an unforgettable indoor wedding. This stylish and versatile space offers everything you need to make this special day a great success. The space can be arranged flexibly to suit your needs and the number of guests

Cake & Toast
Let us raise a sparkling glass of champagne together in honor of your happiness and love
Cutting the cake is a traditional highlight of the celebration, a moment when you share love and happiness. You can read more about wedding cakes on page 25 of our brochure
During the drinks we will serve house wines, beer, soft drinks and juices. We offer two options for the purchase of drinks: based on post-calculation or a Dutch drinks arrangement. For the gourmets among us we offer a selection of luxury canapés and in addition the guests can enjoy a selection of table bites
Culinary enjoyment
With our experienced team, you can expect nothing less than an unforgettable gastronomic experience There are countless options that our chef will take care of for you. We offer a 3-, 4- or 5-course menu with a matching wine arrangement Of course, we take allergies and dietary requirements into account. We have developed three beautiful menus on the following page. The party
When you book the rooms, we can also organize your party night at our beautiful location With a fantastic party to end your wedding day, your wedding day will be complete. At Hotel Arsenaal, there is room for around 150 people You have the freedom to continue enjoying the party until 01:00 During the evening, you will be spoiled with a selection of drinks, from sparkling bubbles to refreshing cocktails and everything in between. We can offer a private bartender along with a cocktail bar for preparing cocktails. We would love to make it an unforgettable party together with you and your guests!
A great live band, DJ, or other entertainment for the day can also be arranged.

Overnight stay
What could be better than staying overnight with friends and family after the wedding party? Hotel Arsenaal has 63 hotel rooms Enough space for a wonderful overnight stay after a fantastic wedding day. With the decrease of the party, Hotel Arsenaal is exclusively for you, we do not rent the other rooms to other guests.
This means that you and your guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in Gastrobar de Wapenkamer
The bridal suite
Celebrate the end of your special day in one of our elegant suites. Dream away under the impressive wooden structure to times of adventure and discovery. We will provide a romantic setting in the room.
Our suites have a spacious layout of approximately 39 m2 and are completely finished in boutique style. The suites are located in the middle of the building and have a view of the oldest canals of Delft In addition, our suites have many original elements such as large arched windows, original warehouse doors and solid oak beams on the high ceiling
The wedding cake
Your wedding day is the most beautiful day of your life. That deserves a special wedding cake We are happy to help you on your way in the search for the perfect wedding cake. We have a collaboration with pastry chef Enjoy Cakes This pastry chef is known for beautiful and delicious creations, and they deliver the cake directly to our location. Thanks to this collaboration, we can guarantee that the cake is not only a visual spectacle, but also a taste experience that will surprise your guests.

At Hotel Arsenaal we make sure that every detail of your wedding is perfect, including the decoration Our standard decoration includes elegant flowers on each table, cozy lights and green plants We can also provide fresh flowers and table linen for you, these are available for a fee We can also rent furniture, as well as tableware in a desired color. To achieve this, we work with experienced florists and decorators who can elegantly decorate the rooms.

Our working method
We understand that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. Good preparation is essential and that is why we are happy to take you through the booking process.
After receiving this wedding brochure, you will have a first impression of the possibilities we offer If this matches your wishes and budget, we will be happy to schedule an appointment for a tour, so that you can admire the rooms in real life and experience the atmosphere. After the tour, we will discuss your wishes for the big day
Based on this conversation, you will receive a quote from us within a week with an overview of the costs
A week after sending the proposal, we will contact you to see if the proposal fits or if any adjustments need to be made. We will then make a revised proposal
Follow-up
The quote includes 3 on-site appointments; first, the tour and a personal conversation to discuss your wishes, at the second appointment you come by to taste the dinner and two weeks before the wedding we go through the final details.
To confirm the wedding at our location, we ask for a deposit. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice. We appreciate your feedback and will contact you after the wedding to evaluate this special day. Of course, we would like to receive a nice review and photos of your wedding.
