Promotion Periods Promotion will run during the promotional periods listed above.
Who may enter Only current financial members of ONE55 West HQ who are over the age of 18 years (Eligible Members) may enter this promotion.
How to enter /play
1. Eligible members may only enter the promotion once.
2. If an eligible member wishes to join this promotion, they must collect the ‘Les Mills Olympian Warrior Loyalty’ Card from ONE55 reception which includes a “registration card” and “Loyalty Card”
3. The member will complete all the details on the registration side of the card and will submit it to a ONE55 staff member.
4. The eligible member’s details will be recorded as a participant and checked to ensure a valid membership is in place and the A5 “registration card” retained at reception. The ONE55 staff member will provide the Loyalty Card (with the eligible member’s name and member number now written on it) which has space for attending fifty classes.
5. The Loyalty Card will be kept at reception except while they are participating in classes
6. Each time an eligible member attends a ONE55 Group Fitness Class the instructor will stamp ONE (1) of the spaces on the designated Loyalty Card for each class. 2 classes = 2 stamps etc.
7. Once the eligible member has received TEN (10) stamps on their Loyalty Card they will be able to redeem a free hot chocolate or coffee.
8. Once the eligible member has received TWENTY (20) stamps on their Loyalty Card they will be able to redeem a free shake.
9. Once the eligible member has received THIRTY (30) stamps on their Loyalty Card they will receive their first entry ticket for the main prize draw.
10. Once the eligible member has received FORTY (40) stamps on their Loyalty Card they will be eligible to claim their Winter Warrior T-Shirt
11. Once the eligible member has received FIFTY (50) stamps on their Loyalty Card they will be eligible to claim ONE (1) additional prize draw entry ticket.
12. Each time the eligible member collects an entry ticket to the prize draw, they must write their details on the ticket and then simply drop it into the reception barrel.
13. At the end of the promotion one eligible member will win complimentary membership for the next 12 months.
14. ONE (1) eligible member will be drawn out at the end of the promotional period for the grand prize.
15. The winning member will be contacted via their contact details on their account.
16. If the member is uncontactable, they will be given 48 hours before a redraw takes place.
17. Redraws will continue in the same manner until a winner is established and contacted. Promotion location
Prize Details
Each member, upon reaching the milestones described earlier, can claim:
10 stamps = 1 x free hot chocolate or coffee
20 stamps = 1 x free shake
30 stamps = 2 x prize draw entries (one issued at 30 classes, one at 50)
40 stamps = 1 x Winter Warrior T Shirt
At the end of the promotional period, ONE winner will have a chance to win:
1 x Grand prize - twelve-month complimentary ONE55 membership
12 Month Membership Minimum Value = $884

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of ONE55 West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. ONE55 West HQ staff will run, compere and staff the ‘‘Olympian (Winter) Warrior 2024‘‘promotion
3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
4. ONE55 West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. ONE55 West HQ reserves the right to:
a. Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Patrons and Eligible Member’s identity and age). In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
b. Reject any entry that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c. Disqualify any Patron and Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
d. Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. A record of all Winners will be kept.
7. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
8. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a. West HQ Directors or auditors;
b. West HQ employees;
c. Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion;
d. Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees or lessees of West HQ and;
e. Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity such as an employee.
f. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
9. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
10. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
11. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
12. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
13. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
14. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
15. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.
17. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant.
18. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
