Terms and Conditions

Who may enter
Only current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years (Eligible Members) and part of the West HQ loyalty system.
How to be Eligible For members to qualify, they must earn tier points from any of these participating outlets at West HQ during October:
- Eat St. Steak & Oyster Co, Pizzapperta, Corner Café, Gelatissimo,
- Eat St Bar.
- Southern Terrace café
- Main bar
- Chu Restaurant by China Doll
- SGAC Café and Merchandise purchase
- One55 Café and Merchandise purchase
- Sydney Coliseum Theatre- West HQ Box Office purchases
- Novotel and 33 Grill
- Gaming
- Reception, Bingo and Poker Purchases
2. Members will qualify based on tier points earnt during October
3. Mammoth rewards and entry tickets to the November draws will be given as per below:

4. A Member will only be eligible for ONE (1) milestone, for example if member has earned 7,500 during the promotion period member will only be entitled to the 5000 points milestone.
5. On Friday 1st November, at 10am, a list will be pulled from the membership database (IGT) to determine which members have qualified for a milestone.
6. Members who have qualified will be contacted to collect a Mammoth Reward.
7. Gift Cards will be available for collection from West HQ Customer Service/ Box Office each Thursday night in November between 6pm – 10pm.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. Mammoth Rewards Gift Card Giveaway is an additional reward to the West HQ Loyalty System during the promotional period above. Member(s) must be opted in the Loyalty system to be eligible.
3. Points are earned by purchases and gaming within West HQ. The member must present their membership card at all times to gain points.
4. Points will not be earned by Pay by Points.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a) Verify all points; points that have been transferred to another member’s membership will not be included. b) Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. A record of all members who have reached a milestone will be kept.
9. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
10. Mammoth Rewards is only for current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years and who is part of West HQ loyalty system.
11. The West HQ reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
12. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
13. Mammoth Rewards is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
14. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
15. If a prize becomes unavailable, West HQ reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
16. West HQ reserves the right to cancel or alter Mammoth Rewards at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any FairTrading guidelines.
17. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant.
18. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The promoter practices the responsible service of gaming.
20. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
