Promotion Periods
Promotion will run during the promotional periods listed above.
Who may enter This offer is open to non-members at ONE55 without restriction.
Offer details
1. The offer will run between the dates specified
2. The member will be able to choose from either the 12 Month Lock-In Contract or 18 Month Lock In Contract at sign up
3. The member will complete all the details required for membership including the PEQ and will submit it to a ONE55 staff member.
4. ONE55 staff will process the membership contract for 12 or 18 months from 1/1/25
5. ONE55 staff will ensure there is no charge for the period from signing contract until 31/12/24
6. The membership cannot be transferred or amended during the agreed period.
7. If the membership contract is terminated prior to the agreed end date then the member will be liable to pay the standard termination fees outlined in said contract as normal.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of ONE55 West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
3. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue or who are otherwise excluded.
4. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this offer. This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
5. If for any reason this promotion is unable to run as stated above ONE55 reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
6. ONE55 reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.
7. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any participant
8. Disqualification will be at ONE55’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
