Entries will start 1 hour before draw time. Drawn Every hour starting from Draw time listed above.
Who may enter Only current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years (Eligible Members) may enter this promotion.
How to enter A. Hour Draw ( WYMAC Swipe)
1. Each eligible member may swipe their West HQ Loyal Card at the Member’s Promotional Terminal (WYMAC) once every hour for each draw taking place during the promotional period. No swipe is required for the Bonus Draw at the end of the day.
2. An eligible member must only swipe their OWN membership card. Members caught swiping another member’s card, will be disqualified from ALL current promotions.
3. Once the eligible member has received their entry ticket, it must be placed in one of the designated barrels provided before the time reaches the next hour mark.
4. The compere will announce in advance that the barrel is being closed on the hour for the draw, and any entries after it is “closed” will be ineligible (to ensure no one can have two entries in the same hour).
5. One ticket will be drawn from the barrel and the winner’s details will be called. If not claimed within four minutes a new winner will be drawn. This process continues until a valid winning ticket is presented.
6. All Member Swipe tickets in the barrel will be removed and moved into the larger end-of-day Bonus Hour Draw barrel.
7. The now empty draw barrel will be open for new tickets for the next hours draw.
8. Member Swipe entries in the barrel, will reset after every hour draw and added to the Bonus Hour Draw.
9. Entries will close before the hour draw and then reopen after hour draw for members to continue swiping for the next hour draw.
10. Please note that WYMAC entry tickets cannot be purchased, and visitors do not receive any tickets through gaming participation.
11. In an event that the promotional terminals are not working,
members will need to see the compere, their membership name and number will be written down on a ticket log.
B. Hour Draw (additional tickets)
1. Each eligible member must swipe their West HQ Loyal Card at the Point of Sale (POS) Terminal in one of our outlets when making a purchase in excess of $25 (minimum sale value to enter). No swipe is required for the Bonus Draw at the end of the day.

2. An eligible member must only swipe their OWN membership card. Members caught swiping another member’s card will be disqualified from ALL current promotions.
3. After an eligible member has made a purchase, they will receive an entry ticket.
4. The member may receive additional entry tickets for the draw based on their spend increasing with one additional ticket for every $25 spent e.g. $25 = 1 entry $75 = 3 entries
5. Once the eligible member has received their ticket(s), they should be informed by the sales staff, or see entry ticket information, that they need to place the ticket(s) in one of the designated barrels provided within the West HQ building.
- Note Eligible Members from SGAC or One-55 who wish to participate in the Promotion will need to put their entry tickets in the entry barrels provided in West HQ, as there will not be entry barrels provided separately to these locations.
6. There will not be an announcement of the POS Swipe barrel closing each hour to allow diners to enjoy their experience and enter tickets at their convenience.
7. The compere will collect all tickets entered in the POS barrel (2 minutes before each hour closes, (i.e., 12.58pm, 13.58pm, etc.) and move them to the main draw barrel in the promotional area before closing it.
8. The draw process from that point will be the same as described in Section A
9. The now empty POS barrel will be open for new tickets for the next hour’s draw.
10. In the event that the POS terminals are not working, members will need to speak to the operating staff who will write their name and members number on the provided paper.
Bonus Hour Draw
1. Eligible Members can enter this draw by following the entry process described in clause A and B.
2. The Compere will be responsible for ensuring all entries are transferred into the Bonus Draw Barrel.
3. At the end of each promotional date, all entry tickets will be removed from the barrel, so it is reset for the next draw date.
4. Every draw date at 9pm the Bonus $5,000 draw will commence.
How to Play Draw 1
1. At 1pm, the first draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the entry ticket closure at 12:59pm for the first hour draw. Any tickets printed during or after the draw will be added to the next hour draw.
3. The Promotional compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ barrel.
4. The Promotional compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The Winner will have Four (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotion’s compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4minute period, a redraw will take place and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-5 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win a $100 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
Draw 2
1. At 2pm, the second draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the entry ticket closure at 1:59pm for the hour draw. Any tickets printed during or after the draw will be added to the next hour draw.
3. The Compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ Barrel for the $200 Cash Prize
4. The Compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The Winner will have Four (4) Minutes to present themselves to the promotions compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4minutes period, a redraw will take place and the Promotion Compere will repeat steps 3-5 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win the $200 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize
Draw 3
1. At 3pm, the third draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the closure of the barrel at 2:59 pm for the hourly draw. Any tickets printed during or after the draw will be added to the next hourly draw.
3. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ barrel.
4. The compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4- minute period, a redraw will occur, and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-5 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the member arrives within four (4) minutes, they will win the $300 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize
Draw 4
1. At 4pm, the fourth draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the closure of the barrel at 3:59 pm for the hour draw. Any tickets printed during or after the draw will be added to the next hour draw.
3. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ barrel.
4. The compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4- minute period, a redraw will occur, and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-5 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the member arrives within four (4) minutes, they will win the $400 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
Draw 5
1. At 5pm, the fifth draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the closure of the barrel at 4:59 pm for the hourly draw. Any tickets printed during/after the draw will be added to the next hourly draw.
3. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ barrel.
4. The l compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4- minute period, a redraw will occur, and the compere will repeat steps 35 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the member arrives within four (4) minutes, they will win the $500 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
Draw 6
1. At 6pm, the sixth draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the closure of the barrel at 5:59 pm for the hourly draw. Any tickets printed during/after the draw will be added to the next hourly draw.
3. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ barrel.
4. The compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4- minute period, a redraw will occur, and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-5 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the member arrives within four (4) minutes, they will win the $600 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
Draw 7
1. At 7pm, the seventh draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the closure of the barrel at 6:59 pm for the hourly draw. Any tickets printed during or after the draw will be added to the next hourly draw.
3. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ barrel.
4. The compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4minute period, a redraw will occur, and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-5 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the member arrives within four (4) minutes, they will win the $700 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
Draw 8
1. At 8pm, the eighth draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the closure of the barrel at 7:59 pm for the hour draw. Any tickets printed during or after the draw will be added to the next hour draw.
3. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ barrel.
4. The compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4- minute period, a redraw will occur, and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-5 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the member arrives within four (4) minutes, they will win the $800 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
Draw 9
1. At 9pm, the ninth draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the closure of the barrel at 8:59 pm for the hourly draw. Any tickets printed during/after the draw will be added to the next hourly draw.
3. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ barrel.
4. The compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4- minute period, a redraw will occur, and the compere will repeat steps 35 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the member arrives within four (4) minutes, they will win the $900 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
Draw 10
1. At 10pm, the tenth draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the closure of the barrel at 9:59 pm for the hourly draw. Any tickets printed during/after the draw will be added to the next hourly draw.
3. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘Cash Bonanza’ barrel.
4. The compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4- minute period, a redraw will occur, and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-5 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the member arrives within four (4) minutes, they will win the $1,000 Cash Prize
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
9. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to giveaway cash after 10pm. Any draw announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize. Furthermore, the individual must retrieve their money the following business day.
Bonus Hour Draw
1. The Bonus Hour draw will take place at 945pm.
2. The compere will announce the timing of the Bonus Draw after Draw 9 (9pm)
3. Only the swipes that are in the Bonus Draw Barrel will be eligible to participate.
4. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the larger ‘Bonus Draw’ barrel.
5. The compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
6. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
7. If the member does not present themselves within the 4minute period, a redraw will occur, and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-5 until a member presents themselves.
8. If the member arrives within four (4) minutes, they will win the $5,000 Cash Prize.
10. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. ‘Tutti Frutti’ promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compere and staff the ‘‘Cash Bonanza’ ‘promotion.
3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
4. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. West HQ reserves the right to:
a) Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member’s identity and age). In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
b) Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c) Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
d) Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. A record of all Winners will be kept.
7. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
8. Due to Covid-19, restrictions apply and must be obeyed by all patrons who enter West HQ.
9. Due to Covid-19 capacity limit, once patron limit has been reached, no member or patron will be allowed to enter, whether they have entries in the promotion due to health and safety this includes draw dates.
10. Winner has the responsibility to give correct bank details once prize is won. West HQ will not take any responsibility is any errors occur from the winner.
11. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a) West HQ Directors or auditors;
b) West HQ employees;
c) Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion;
d) Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ and;
e) Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity such as an employee.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
11. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
12. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to giveaway cash after 10pm. Any draw announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize. Furthermore, the individual must retrieve their money the following business day.
13. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
14. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
15. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
16. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
17. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
18. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any FairTrading guidelines.
20. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant.
21. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
