ONE55 HEALTH & FITNESS
10 DAY TRIAL PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EFFECTIVE: DECEMBER 2020
1. The 10 Day Trial Pass (Trial Pass) is limited to local residents 16 years and older within a 30km radius (proof of residency or NSW Driver’s Licence required);*
2. All Trial Pass holders must complete a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire and provide an appropriate form of photo identification at the time of redemption. At the discretion of the ONE55 staff, a doctor’s certificate may be required prior to commencement of the 10 Day Trial;
3. The Trial Pass is valid for 10 consecutive days commencing and including the date the pass is redeemed;
4. A Trial Pass entitles the Holder to unlimited use of the ONE55 gym floor, group fitness classes and Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatic Centre (SGAC);
5. A Trial Pass is for first time ONE55 users only, not current or ex-members or any trial pass holders within the prior 12 months;
6. Pool lane availability at SGAC is subject to demand and lane space is not guaranteed;
7. This Trial Pass does not entitle the holder to any additional services such as Personal Training sessions, Aqua Aerobic classes and/or any other ONE55 promotional products;
8. Access to ONE55 and SGAC will cease at the expiry of the Trial Pass;
9. A Trial Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
10. A Trial Pass cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred to any other person;
11. A Trial Pass is valued at $200.00;
12. Day Trial Pass holders must observe all ONE55 policies and procedures (including the Code of Conduct) (Policies) and follow all reasonable directions of ONE55’s employees. ONE55 may terminate the Trial Pass as a result of a breach by the holder of any Policies;
13. If the holder of the Trial Pass enters into a Membership Agreement for a period of 6 months or greater, ONE55 will waive its Joining Fee and Admin Fee.
14. ONE55 reserves the right to refuse to issue a Trial Pass;
15. ONE55 may contact you (including by email, SMS, telephone or such other means) for marketing purposes.
*NOTE: Any Trial Pass issued to a minor must be signed by the parent/guardian who is responsible for the behaviour of the minor and all obligations under the Agreement.
