Name of Promotion Join or Renew and Refer a Friend
Who may enter Only New Financial Members, Members who renew their West HQ Loyal membership or Members who refer a Friend to sign up who are over the age of 18 years may enter this promotion.
How to enter This Promotion will run in two parts: Join or Renew
1. For an individual to be part of this draw they must sign up or renew their West HQ Loyal membership during the promotional period.
2. Once the individual has signed up or renewed their membership, they will gain an entry ticket.
3. Individual will need to place entry ticket into the designated barrel provided. Refer a Friend
1. For an individual to be part of this draw they must be a financial West HQ member and refer a friend to sign up to West HQ Loyal membership during the promotional period.
2. Referred friend must be a new sign up or a lapsed member to be eligible.
3. Referred friend must finalise membership sign up to be eligible for this draw.
How to Play Join or Renew
4. Any individual who wishes to participate in this promotion must sign up or renew their West HQ Loyal membership during the promotional period.
5. Individual must have correct requirements to sign up as a
West HQ loyal member. For example, current licence /Photo ID
6. Once individual has signed up, they will receive an entry into the draw.
7. Draw will take place as listed above.
8. Individuals who have an entry to this draw are not required to be here for the draw.
9. One (1) winner will be drawn per date.
10. Winner will then be contacted via contact details on the winner’s membership account.
11. If the winner is uncontactable, they will be given 48 hours before a redraw takes place.
12. Redraws will continue in the same manner until a winner is established and contacted.
13. All entries inside the barrel will be cleared after each draw.
14. Winner will win $500 in cash.
Refer a Friend
1. Any individual who wishes to participate in this promotion must refer a friend to sign up to West HQ Loyal membership loyalty system during the promotional period.
2. Individual must be a Financial West HQ member to be eligible to refer a friend.
3. Referred Friend must have correct requirements to sign up as a West HQ loyal member. For example, current licence /Photo ID
4. Once referred friend has signed up, Member will receive an entry into the referred friend draw and the friend will receive an entry into the Join or Renew draw.
5. Draw will take place as listed above.
6. Individuals who have an entry to this draw are not required to be here for the draw.
7. One (1) Winner will be drawn per date.
8. Winner will then be contacted via contact details on the winner’s membership account.

General Terms and Conditions
Each Draw Prize- $500 X 8
Max Prize Pool value amount = $4,000
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. West HQ staff to run, compere and staff the ‘ ‘Join or Renew and Refer a Friend’ ‘promotion
3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
4. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. West HQ reserves the right to:
a) Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Individual identity and age). In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
b) Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c) Disqualify any Individual that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
d) Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. A record of all Winners will be kept.
7. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
8. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a) West HQ Directors or auditors;
b) West HQ employees;
c) Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion;
d) Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ and;
e) Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity such as an employee.
f) Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child, or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
9. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
10. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
11. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
12. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
13. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
14. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
15. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair-Trading guidelines.
17. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant.
18. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
