FROM THE TRUSTEES
To the Westminster College Community
O
n behalf of the Board of Trustees, I want to express my deep appreciation for the kindness and generosity you, the alumni and friends of the College, have shown Westminster College students at such a time as this. Your philanthropy has not gone unnoticed by our young scholars as noted in Sophieβs (Class of 2023) thank-you note sent to many of us: βWithout your support, many students, including me, would not have access to all the opportunities, academic, athletic and extracurricular, provided by Westminster College.β Our College mission βto help students develop competencies, commitments and characteristics that have distinguished human beings at their bestβ would not be possible without the support of our passionate alumni and friends. This past year, while many colleges were shut down or functioned remotely, our Leadership Team, faculty, students and staff continued to deliver excellence in education and experience on campus. The Westminster College community worked together, as is our culture, to care for one another and achieve great things. Important research continued, great music was performed, six PAC athletic championships were won, all by our talented, resilient students who are the leaders of the future. In closing, please know how much the Board of Trustees values your support as we continue to build a positive future for the next generation of Titans. With gratitude and appreciation, Robin Willoughby Gooch β75 Chair, Westminster College Board of Trustees
P.S. Remember to join us for Homecoming, Oct. 15-16, and tour our beautiful new campus facilities, visit with friends and experience our vibrant campus.
