Dear Members,

Our Amenities & Planning Team has been working diligently on combining the feedback they have received at our open forums regarding the amenities enhancement plan. The thoughts gathered will help guide the team toward a final plan that will address Wexford’s needs, wants, and expectations. Once they have been consolidated into one drawing, we will circulate the plans throughout the community.

The search is underway for Wexford’s new Executive Chef. We have received many resumes from promising candidates and are narrowing down the list to find the best fit for our team. We will be starting the preliminary interview process soon before bringing in the top candidates for a market basket-style tasting. We look forward to the next culinary chapter for Wexford. Kudos to our Executive Sous Chefs Jesse Morrill and Anne Marie Romano for their tireless work in leading the kitchen operation during the transition. We have partnered with Aspire Golf Consulting, who completed a comprehensive study of our golf course and are using their recommendations to help guide our actions when it comes to course maintenance. Using this study, we have completed a shortterm action plan to improve course conditions and look forward to sharing the mid & long-term plans. I expect to have a completed plan in July. We will continue to use these plans to ensure one of the biggest amenities at Wexford is maintained to the highest standards.

As we enjoy all the Wexford amenities with friends and family over the coming summer months, please remember to be respectful of other owners and our very valuable staff. If you have an issue, please address it in a positive way with the other owner involved. In the case of staff, please escalate the issue with the manager on duty.

As always, my door is open and I welcome questions and feedback. Whether you will be spending the summer at Wexford or somewhere else in the nation or the world, I wish each of you a safe and happy season.
