Driver Jeff Clay, driving the Metheral family’s “Monopoly” car, shoved a truck driven by Jared Tall of Haywood, Man., out of the ring during the mechanics heat at the “Brawl in the Fall” demolition derby, hosted by the Weyburn Ag Society on Saturday afternoon. This was their second demo derby of the summer, and had 15 cars and three trucks in the competition.

For years the Estevan Bruins and the Weyburn Red Wings have been enemies. Their first preseason game against each other Friday night was no exception with a total of 250 penalty minutes between the two teams. Despite putting up a good fight, Red Wings lost 2-1. Review Photo — April Zielke
