The Atlin Whisper “Never doubt that a small group of committed citizens can change the world.” Margaret Mead

OPPORTUNITY!!! This Month’s Book Offer Title – In Order To Live (A North Korean Girl’s Journey to Freedom) By – Yeonmi Park “I am most grateful for two things: that I was born in North Korea, and that I escaped from North Korea. Both of these events shaped me, and I would not trade them for an ordinary and peaceful life. But there is more to the story of how I became who I am today. “Along my journey I have seen the horrors that humans can inflict on one another, but I’ve also witnessed acts of tenderness and kindness and sacrifice in the worst circumstances imaginable. I know that it is possible to lose part of your humanity in order to survive. But I also know that the spark of human dignity is never completely extinguished, and that given the oxygen of freedom and the power of love, it can grow again. This is my story of the choices I made in order to live.” Would you like to read this book? Decoda Solutions is giving away free copies to the first ten people who contact Trudy Ewing @ 250-651-0009 any time after 9 a.m. on Friday February 19th. Please leave your name and phone number and you will be contacted. Offer ends February 28th.

Transformation Compilation 004

Passing the Baton And the crowd goes quiet

Round is Normal

As Woman steps up to bat

In a world of circles and cycles

And all our hopes are with her.

The square is the anomaly.

And we have waited for her for eons

Revolutionary Transformation And we have waited for it for millennia And now it is fast upon us: The end of the square And the return of the circle. Lead on, haiku The heart is leader The head is follower And love is the key Using your Senses Your eyes may see what your heart cannot feel Your heart may feel what your eyes cannot see; Deep Knowing Trust your heart It is the first to feel And the last to think Wisdom If it is too old to be remembered Or too young to be understood; Then it is either wisdom lost Or wisdom yet to be found.

As she toiled in the dark And her wisdom was all but forgot But now it is her turn As we pass the bat to her And all our hopes are with her. Leap of Faith Peering across the chasm We fear the rocks below; But summoning the courage and leaping That’s how we learn to fly. “The times they are a changin’…” Change is coming You can stand in the middle of the road And try all you want to stop it Or jump on board and do your best to steer. Round is the New Normal (2021)

We tried the square thing For 26,000 years And look where it got us. So glad to see the circle is back. -

Stephen Badhwar, 2008
