Margaret Elizabeth Newell (nee Golding) The family sadly announces the sudden passing of Margaret in Atlin B.C. Sept 16, 2021. Born Oct 31, 1961 at CFS Parent, Quebec. In her early life she travelled from coast to coast on different military bases. Predeceased by husband Doug Newell (2019), survived by father Bernie Golding and mother Eleanor Golding, two sisters Tina and Ruth and brother Bill. Margaret resided the last 14 years in Atlin (two hours south of Whitehorse) where she became deeply involved in the community and will be greatly missed by all who met and knew her. There will be no service and upon cremation her ashes will be taken by helicopter and spread on the local mountain alongside Doug's.
