PRE-KARATE
Location: Central Community Center - Wednesday, River Trails Middle School - Saturday (Spring), CRC - Saturday (Summer)
Young children develop flexibility, strength, and coordination skills through fun, yet disciplined, activities. This program is specifically designed for growing minds and bodies to enhance memory and agility. Watch your child's confidence blossom and skills improve. Class on 6/3 meets at Weiss Community Center. No class 5/27 and 7/15.

Location: CRC - Tuesday, Central Community Center - Wednesday
Illinois Shotokan Karate Club classes put children in touch with their bodies and offer a mix of strength training with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Cordination, agility, and poise increase, as well as lasting personal safety skills. The mental stimulation of learning the choreoraphed moves of Kata and the discipline of conforming to class rules is very beneficial. No Class 7/4.
YOUTH/ADULT KARATE
Location: River Trails Middle School - Saturday (Spring), CRC - Saturday (Summer)
Students enjoy a good mix of strength training with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Parents, this class is an excellent opportunity to spend quality time with your child while conditioning muscles, developing coordination, and improving cardiovascular fitness. Fees are per person. Class on 6/3 meets at Weiss Community Center. No class 5/27 & 7/15.
Adult Karate
Location: CRC - Tuesday, Central Community Center - Wednesday
Release tension and develop total body fitness while building stamina and overall productivity. In addition to self defense skills, karate increases flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle tone while improving core strength. No class 7/4.
