esco has recently been added to the list of must-visit restaurants in the Lombard capital, a modern and elegant space characterised by a cuisine that reinterprets tradition with a contemporary twist. The young chef Roberto Godi, at the head of an equally young brigade, expresses today’s Milan at the table through an avant-garde approach, with fun and tasty dishes where the high quality of the raw materials blends with a profound knowledge of Italian cuisine and tasty forays into Asian cuisine.
