Whitefield Academy is committed to creating and maintaining a Christ-centered school environment that encourages students to put “others ahead of self.”
Our uniform dress code reinforces that commitment by contributing to a positive school atmosphere and providing a level playing field for our students, free of judgment imparted by fads, fashion trends, or socioeconomic factors.
Further, the way our students dress is a significant part of making a good first impression and reflects our commitment to modesty and maintaining a distraction-free learning environment.

Purchasing Uniforms
Students may wear A+ uniforms purchased at the Whitefield Campus Store or Lands’ End uniforms purchased from Lands’ End. Families will purchase all uniforms from Lands’ End beginning with the 2025-26 school year. Uniform requirements and checklists for purchasing uniforms are available at whitefieldgear.com.

Whitefield Campus Store
The Campus Store sells a wide variety of uniforms, Whitefield spirit wear, drinkware, caps, gifts, and snacks.
It is the only source for required PE uniforms, ties, field trip shirts (lower school only), senior plaid skirts, senior class shirt, and Whitefield jackets, hoodies, and t-shirts. The store carries A+ brand uniform items, on sale at a huge discount, which students can wear through the 2024-25 school year. We encourage you to bring your child with you to the Campus Store to ensure correct sizing. Some Lands' End samples are available to try on for sizing.

Most items sold in the Campus Store are available online at whitefieldgear.com. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup from our store location on campus.
Orders may be picked up on Monday – Saturday until 5:00 pm by calling the number listed on our door. The security guard will bring your order to you if you come outside of store hours. If a uniform item is sold out online, it will not be available and must be purchased from Lands’ End.
Lands’ End
Required uniforms* can be purchased from Lands’ End online at landsend. com/myschool (search for Whitefield by name and state or by using the school code 900199597). Once you are in the Whitefield store, reference your grade and gender and the appropriate items required by grade will be available. Lands’ End will embroider the school logo on items that require one. If you prefer, you can order by phone by calling 1-800-469-333 6 am – 12 am (CST).

Lower School

PreK boys wear the navy Whitefield polo with khaki shorts or pants on Monday through Thursday.
On Monday through Thursday, PreK girls wear the navy Whitefield polo with a khaki skort.

PreK
Daily Uniform: PreK students at Whitefield have only one uniform combination to help them transition into wearing daily uniforms. They wear a navy Whitefield polo and khaki bottoms every day with white, gray, navy, or black shoes and white, navy, tan, or black socks.
Friday Spirit Wear: On Fridays, they can wear a Whitefield T-shirt with khaki bottoms.

K – 4th Grade Girls
Kindergarten through 4th grade girls have three main uniforms:
Daily Uniform: Monday through Wednesday, they can wear a navy or white Whitefield polo with a navy, khaki, or plaid skort and white, gray, navy, or black sneakers.
Chapel Uniform: On Thursdays, 1st–3rd wear a peter pan collar blouse with a jumper and black, brown, or navy chapel shoes. 4th graders wear a blue button-down oxford with a navy skort as they begin to transition to Middle School.
Friday Spirit Wear: All Lower School girls can wear a Whitefield T-shirt with their uniform bottoms on Fridays.

Chapel Uniform: On Thursdays, for chapel, Lower School boys wear khaki pants with a white oxford and a tie.
Friday Spirit Wear: All Lower School boys can wear a Whitefield T-shirt with uniform pants or shorts on Fridays.

Seniors
Whitefield seniors have a few special optional uniform items that they can wear with their uniforms.
They can choose to wear a seniors-only crew, embroidered with their class year, with their daily or chapel uniforms.
In addition to the crew, senior boys can wear navy uniform pants or shorts for daily or chapel wear. They can also wear a gold Whitefield tie on chapel days.
Senior girls can wear, in addition to their crew, a plaid senior skirt from the Campus Store on regular or chapel days. Boys
